We can only accept returns/refunds on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site as we begin production early to ensure a fast delivery.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deliver a replacement sign free of charge.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all signs, so if your piece breaks or stops working in any way during this 12 month period just let us know and we will either trouble shoot the problem or replace it free of charge!
Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also how big/heavy the piece is.
This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands - many orders won't be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Neon Jungle.
All orders both custom and shop are made in our production facility with the upmost of care and attention to detail.
Our lead time from placement of your order through to delivery is 3-5 weeks and we will always do our best to ensure fastest possible production and delivery. Due to external factors that may slow our delivery we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and will not accept rush orders. If you ask for a rush order we will still quote you the 3-5 weeks delivery and take no responsibility for orders not arriving in time for an event.
We do not charge for shipping however if you are ordering a neon sign (especially if it is a large item) we do recommend checking your own countries import fees, duties and taxes as we do not pay or take responsibility for these.
